Coco Indo Global tests each batch of charcoal product daily at our manufacturing plant for weight, size, ash content and hardness. We listen to each customer’s concerns with quality and can adjust our testing procedures to your taste. Packing is done by our experienced packers who put each charcoal that is the wrong size, shape or texture. Prior to stuffing, each shipment is independently analysed by an external laboratory to determine its chemical composition (ash content, moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon). As a supplier, we understand that if your business goes well, our business goes well too. As it will be impossible to address any complaints once whole containers are sent, we encourage our partners to check the quality of their products for themselves before the container gets sent, either by instructing a surveyor to test our factory or by doing factory visits themselves.
